THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The concluding event of ‘Padayorukkam’ march that the opposition leader took out from Kasargod to Thiruvananthapuram would be held at the Central stadium on December 14.

Congress national vice president Rahul Gandhi will take part in the event, which was originally scheduled to be held at the Shanghumugam beach on December 1. However the event had to be postponed because of the Ockhi cyclone.

Chennithala has said that unlike the marches taken out by the LDF and the BJP, ‘Padayorukkam’ attracted large support and participation by the people.
