Mohanlal’s Odiyan is a much-awaited film of 2018. His fans were left open-mouthed when they saw his new look. He had also shed 18 kg for the role.

Though there were reports that Big B would also be doing a role in the film, the crew denied that news.

But again reports are cropping up during the fag end of the shooting schedule, according to which Amitabh Bachchan is also there in the film.

Sam CS who is doing the background score for the film is the person who has once again dropped hints on Bachchan.
Sam, posted recently on the social media that time was fast-approaching to do the background score for Odiyan Manikyan.
“Instead of resorting to usual method of composing tunes after watching a scene, here tunes are set after reading the script like in the case of Vikram Veda,” Sam wrote.

That message was tagged by Amitabh himself along with Mohanlal, Prakash Raj and V A Sreekumar
This gave impetus to the speculation that Amitabh will also be there in the film.

Earlier, Big B had appeared in Mohanlal films such as Kandahar and Aag.
