THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:  In the cabinet meeting held today, it was decided to recommend to the Governor to hold Assembly session from February 26. It was also decided to create 35 posts in the Animal Husbandry department.

It was decided to allot the tenth pay commission benefits to the staff of Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed University of Art and Culture
The flaws in the order pertaining to revision of salary of Kerala high court staff, according to the tenth pay commission, will be rectified.

Benefits as per tenth pay commission will be made available to the staff of Kerala Institute of Tourism and Travel Studies.
A Alexander will be appointed as Labour Commissioner. K Biju, the current commissioner, will be posted as Industries department director. Current Industries director K N Satheesh will be appointed as Land Board Secretary.
