KOCHI: The investigating officers have said that former SP A V George would be questioned again in connection with the case of the custodial death of Sreejith in Varapuzha. They added that they would decide later whether he has to be made an accused in the case.

Earlier, the investigating team had questioned George twice. The first questioning was based on the information that A V George was aware of the fake statement made against Sreejith who died in police custody.

Following this he was removed as the Aluva SP based on the information that there was lapse on his side regarding the custodial death of Sreejith, and was later suspended.
