THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The KSRTC has transferred 2505 employees and the draft list in this regard has been released. The list includes drivers, conductors, ministerial staff and mechanics. This list was prepared without the knowledge of unions.

In earlier times the ruling party unions and recommendations from various quarters had a say in the transfer list. But this time, the transfer list was prepared according to KSRTC MD Tomin Thachankary’s strong instruction. Such a thing has not happened in recent times. Complaints will be considered till May 18. The final list will be out on May 22. Transferred employees should enter the new job on May 31 or else, there will be departmental action against them.

Transfer details

Driver - 1476, Conductor 585, Mechanic 335, Ministerial – 57 and Store -52
