THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Mizoram Governor Kummanam Rajasekaran is arriving in kerala with Z  plus category security. The protocol doesn’t allow him more than ten days away from the state of Mizoram. So Kummanam will take part in different programmes till 20th and then leave. He will be also going to Sabarimala on 15th. It’s not like old times. Now if the governor of a state wishes to go somewhere he should get permission from the President seven days prior to the journey and should have a special plane.

Kummanam  stays in Mizoram with heavy security. The bungalow where Kummanam stays is always patrolled by hundred CRPF Jawans. There is also a battalion of fifty Assam rifles . The huge security is because of the fact that Bangaladesh and Myanmar is sharing the border with Mizoram. An IPS Officer as well as an IG from CRPF is also there to coordinate security arrangements. It's  interesting to note that Kummanam who happens to be a former chairperson of BJP is coming to Kerala at a time when discussions releated to the chairperson position is going on.
