KOZHIKODE: A driver was killed after his lorry losing control fell into a gorge at the Kuttyadi pass. The dead has been identified as Kumar (45), son of Chandramayya, a native of Mysore in Karnataka. Ravi, the cleaner of the lorry escaped without any bruises.

The accident happened Thursday morning at 1 am. The lorry met with the accident while going to Ernakulam from Mysore. The body of Kumar is kept at the mortuary of Kuttyadi Taluk Hospital.
