PATHANAMTHITTA: Malayalis who have applauded Joseph Alex on the silver screen, continue to applaud the real life Joseph Alexes in Kerala, who have done a wonderful job in trying times of flood in the State.

Pathanamthitta collector P B Nooh, who even risked their life for rescue woks during the flood, is again grabbing attention in media.

In a video, he is seen publicly rebuking a chiding a village officer in the district for delay in providing relief to the people under his jurisdiction.

The collector happened to question the officer after he received a complaint that those who went to take flood relief kit were sent back.

The collector says he will take action if correct accounts are not shown, after which  the officer agrees accepts his mistake.

In a harsh tone he asks, "Hey then what is your job here? Just 85 persons are in this village...and I can tell about all 45000 persons in this whole district..."

Since this video started spreading through social media, the collector has been getting great acceptance from the public.
