KANNUR: BJP district president P Sathya Prakash said the North zone "Propaganda Yathra," led by General Secretary A N Radhakrishnan, will reach the district on January 11. Talking to newspersons here, Prakash said receptions will be arranged at 11 places in eleven constituencies of the district. The yathra will begin from Kozhikode Sunday and reach Peravoor at 0900 hrs on January 11. Senior BJP leaders will address the public function. Former State president C K Padmanabhan, will inaugurate the public function on January 11 at stadium corner at evening. The jatha would enter Kasargod on January 12 afternoon. The main aim of the yatra is to expose the CPI (M)'s unleashing violence across the state against BJP, to pass the real facts about the LDF and UDF jointly conducting false campaign against Prime Minister Narendra Modi led government including by misrule the governance, protest against the lack of ration public distribution in the State. Sathyaprakash said the LDF government has changed District police chiefs as part of the reforms, however, the change in Kannur is part of their agenda.
