THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Vigilance has asked for more time to submit the report on further investigation in the bar bribery case against former Finance Minister K M Mani. It, on Thursday, submitted the progress report of the case in the Vigilance court.

The Vigilance told the court that it had sent the CD related to the case to Ahamedabad for scientific test and it is yet to receive the report.

The Vigilance said it would submit the report within a month. After making note of this assurance, the court posted the case to March 30.
