The film Take Off scripted and directed by famous editor Mahesh Narayan will hit theatres on March 24. Kunchacko Boban, Fahadh Faasil, Asif Ali and Parvathy will appear in important roles.

The film tells the story of Malayali nurses who were stranded in a hospital in Iraq’s Tikrat, when rebels had captured it.

Take Off is being produced by Rajesh Pillai Films started in memory of the late director Rajesh Pillai and Anto Joseph Films Company.

Earlier, Mahesh Narayanan had written the script for Mili, directed by Rajesh Pillai.
The camera was cranked by Sanu John who had worked for Kamal Haasan’s Viswaroopam. Shan Rahman has composed songs for the film and Gopi Sundar, the background score.
