Nyla Usha is becoming active in movies amidst her busy TV and radio commitments. She is currently acting in the Kunchacko Boban starrer ‘Diwanji Moola Grand Prix’.

She will enact the role of a corporation councillor in the movie directed by Anil Radhakrishnan.

Interestingly Kunchacko’s name in the movie is Sajan Joseph IAS, which was the name of his character in the movie ‘Kasthooriman’ (2003), but the director has confirmed that it’s not the same character.

The shooting for the movie is progressing in Thrissur.

Nedumudi Venu, Siddique, Sudheer Karamana, Joy Mathew and Ketaki Narayanan will be seen in some important roles in the movie.
