THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:  Minister G Sudhakaran has given instructions to authorities concerned to take up the repair works of Edapally-Aroor NH roads only in the night.

The instruction follows complaints from people that repair works were causing heavy traffic snarls along the stretch.

The company which has taken up the maintenance work on BOT basis is responsible for the maintenance work. The instruction has also been given to assign maintenance work during night times unless the work is an emergency.
