KOZHIKODE: Mahija, mother of Jishnu Prannoy who was a student at the Pampady Nehru College, would soon write a letter to the CBI to take up the investigation of her son’s death immediately.

Earlier, the CBI had said that they needed more time to take up the case.

Mahija will point it out in her letter that she’s not satisfied with the investigation by the Kerala police -- that some of the police officers are trying to sabotage the case, and the fake suicide note that they claim to have discovered is a proof of this.

The state government had ordered a CBI probe into the case based on a petition submitted to them by Jishnu’s father K P Asokan.
