KOCHI: Kerala High Court has prevented the arrest of actor-director Nadirsha in connection with the actress attack case. The court will pass the order on his anticipatory bail plea on September 18. The arrest has been prevented till then. On the other hand, he has been asked to be present before the investigation team at 10 am on September 18.

Meanwhile, the high court strongly criticised the investigation team, saying that the investigation appeared like a cinema script. The court further asked when the investigation would be over. The court made the above observations while considering the anticipatory bail plea of Nadirsha.

“Are you questioning each different accused each month? Are you trying to create news by questioning main accused Pulsar Suni? Are you trying keep the case alive in news by questioning Suni. In that case the court will have to make suo-motu intervention in the case,” the division bench warned.

By the way, the DGP clarified that the Nadirsha had not been made an accused in the case. He added that the investigation would be completed within two weeks.
