KOCHI: Advocate B Raman Pillai Thursday said actor Dileep, remanded in actress attack case, will not file a bail plea in the Kerala High court today. He will file the bail plea in the court within two days. The actor is likely to file the bail plea only after Nadirsha appears before the police for interrogation.

Nadirsha is likely to appear before the Aluva Police Club before 10 am tomorrow based on high court directive. The prosecution had the other day informed the high court that presently Nadirsha is not an accused in the actress attack case and asked him to appear before them to clarify some facts. The prosecution had also informed the court that they don’t intend to arrest him. The court has postponed to 18 considering his anticipatory bail plea.
