KOCHI: Transport Minister Thomas Chandy has said that he will decide on his future course of action after he got a copy of the high court order against his petition seeking withdrawal of Alappuzha district collector’s report on his alleged encroachment.

“If the order is against me, I shall step down certainly. I will not resign merely on the basis of oral observations made by the high court. But if these observations are there in the order, then itself I will resign; the court has not accused me. 90 per cent of my problems have been solved. The court has accepted the fact that I had not encroached the land,” Chandy told media persons.
